You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in original condition

Must include original packaging and receipt/invoice

Must not be a custom or clearance item
🔁 Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges if:

You received the wrong size or variant

The product was damaged or defective upon delivery
To process an exchange:

Provide order ID and issue photo

We’ll approve and arrange pickup/replacement
💵 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

If the item is out of stock after payment

If the product is returned and approved

If the delivery fails due to our error
We refund to the original payment method, or via bank transfer for COD orders.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Items with visible wear or damage from misuse

📦 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer pays return shipping.
Returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse (address will be provided via email).
